Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at TDPL (https://tdpl.org.in/). We value your trust in our safety and protective products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and transparent return process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Return is requested within 7 days of product delivery

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact

  • The item is not damaged or altered in any way

  • The product falls under our returnable category (see below)


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or logistical reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged safety equipment

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page

  • Opened gloves, gum boots, aluminium suits, and other protective wear unless defective


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the issue

  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, as appropriate


4. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Email us at support@tdpl.org.in with your Order ID and reason for return

  2. Our team will review and confirm if the return is eligible

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging

  4. We will arrange reverse pickup or provide return shipping details


5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days

  • For COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer or store credit


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you can initiate a return after delivery (if eligible)
