You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Return is requested within 7 days of product delivery
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
The item is not damaged or altered in any way
The product falls under our returnable category (see below)
For hygiene, safety, or logistical reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
Used or damaged safety equipment
Custom-made or special-order items
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page
Opened gloves, gum boots, aluminium suits, and other protective wear unless defective
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos/videos of the issue
We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, as appropriate
To start the return process:
Email us at support@tdpl.org.in with your Order ID and reason for return
Our team will review and confirm if the return is eligible
Pack the item securely in its original packaging
We will arrange reverse pickup or provide return shipping details
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days
For COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer or store credit
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you can initiate a return after delivery (if eligible)
